orders are shipped via Priority Mail or UPS
Ground and oders over $49.95 are shipped at NO CHARGE!
Orders under $49.95 are charged a $6.00
charge. Other
shipping options will be charged based on
location and weight. Currently, we only ship to
US addresses.
We prefer to ship orders via UPS which provides a tracking number and estimated
delivery date. We can ship via Priority Mail (US Postal
Service), but there is no in-route
tracking. If you must have your order shipped via
Priority mail, please indicate this in the
comments section of the checkout process.
When your order is received, we try to process
it within 48 hours. Once processed, it will be
shipped via UPS Ground or Priority Mail, which
takes 2 to 5 business days (Monday - Friday for
UPS purposes), depending on location. You should receive your order within 5-7
business days (again, M-F) after it is placed,
if not sooner. Shipping is done Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on Friday, or Saturday will
usually ship on Monday.
Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of
stock. In this case, we can typically
process your order in 3-4 business days (again,
M-F), and again, Priority Mail or UPS Ground takes
2-5 business days (M-F). You should
receive your order 6-10 business days (M-F)
after placing it.
If an item happens to be backordered causing
delays beyond the timeframe noted above, you
will be notified as to the approximate time
until the item(s) will be shipped.
Please email us if you have questions on
availability. You may also indicate in the
comments section of the checkout process if you
need your order delivered by a certain date.
If you order multiple items, and we have one in
stock but the others are temporarily out of
stock, we'll send you the first pair immediately
without any additional shipping fees when the
rest of your order is shipped.
Please note that if you should need to return or
exchange an item, we do not refund shipping
