Returns
Items may be returned to Chez Nevine for a refund
or replacement within
30 days of the date that we originally shipped the item provided they are still in the original box and in new condition. We will not refund the purchase price of footwear
or replace footwear which is not in new condition (new condition does not mean footwear that has been worn outside, has footprints imprinted on the
footbed, has dirty soles, etc). A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns
for credit.
If we receive a footwear return that is not in new condition,
it will be returned to the customer's original shipping address with appropriate shipping charges billed to the credit card originally used to purchase the shoes.
Chez Nevine guarantees merchandise 100%. Products may be returned at any time due to manufacturer defects that are not the result of normal wear and tear. If an item is defective, you may return it to us and request a refund. A "defective" item is not one which causes a blister when wearing it for 12 hours during the first day of wear. A "defective" item is not one which, after wearing it
for a couple of days, "isn't the color I wanted after all". A "defective" item is not one which, after wearing it to work on a rainy day, "just rubs me wrong on my left toe". A "defective" item is not one which, "after 3 years, all of a sudden has a cracked sole". When we receive an item which is claimed to be defective, we will return it to the manufacturer with an explanation of the problem.
If the manufacturer determines that the item is indeed defective and not simply a result of normal wear, then (and only then) will we credit a customer for the purchase price of the item.
When exchanging one item for another (within
30 days of original shipment date),
1. Call or Email for Chez Nevine for an
Return Authorization number (949-487-700 or cheznevine1@aol.com)
2. Include a written explanation of the
returned item and the item to you are requesting
in exchange, your name, address, telephone
number and email address.
3. Include all packaging materials and
invoicing.
4. Please use a separate shipping box to return your shoes. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for shoeboxes with shipping tape, address labels, or postage attached.

For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
We do not refund shipping charges for returned items.
A credit card credit will be issued or an exchange will be made. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.
Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you have

your name and credit card number so that it
cannot be read as it traverses the
Internet. Only our shopping cart can
decode this information. Chez Nevine
protects all of your personal information and we
will not sell your information to third parties
for marketing purposes. We will not use
your credit card and billing information for any
other purposes that to complete a Chez Nevine
sales transaction. We will not send you
newsletter or other related Chez Nevine
information via email unless you explicitly
